Detoxifi LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the detoxifi mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect as little data as possible. detoxifi is designed with your privacy in mind.

Screen Time Data: The App uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks) to block social media applications on your device. All Screen Time data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. We do not have access to your Screen Time data, app usage history, or browsing activity.

Subscription Information: When you subscribe to detoxifi, your purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive a transaction receipt from Apple to verify your subscription status. This receipt contains:

• A transaction identifier
• The product purchased (monthly or yearly plan)
• The subscription expiration date
• The environment (sandbox or production)

We do not receive your name, email address, Apple ID, payment method, or any other personal information through this process.

Device Information: We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, location data, or any device-specific information.

Analytics: We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your behavior within the App.

2. How We Use Information

The only information we process server-side is your App Store transaction receipt, which we use solely to:

• Verify that your subscription is valid and active
• Determine whether to grant access to the App's features

3. Data Storage and Security

Your block schedules, preferences, and all Screen Time data are stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage mechanisms. This data is not backed up to our servers.

Subscription verification is performed through secure HTTPS connections to Apple's servers and our receipt validation server. No personal data is stored on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

The App interacts with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For processing subscriptions and payments. Apple's privacy policy applies to all transactions: apple.com/legal/privacy

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information with any other third parties. We do not use advertising networks or data brokers.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we do not collect personal information from any users, this applies universally.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data on our servers. Transaction receipts are verified in real-time and are not stored after validation. If you delete the App, all locally stored data (block schedules, preferences) is permanently removed from your device.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. If you wish to remove all App data from your device, simply delete the App.

If you are a resident of California (CCPA), the European Union (GDPR), or any other jurisdiction with data protection laws, please know that we do not collect, store, or process any personal data that would fall under these regulations.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
